Returns and Refund

We accept returns and refund unopened and unused towels, in the original packaging, as long as they are returned to us within 7 days of your purchase.
In order to start return and refund, please email us at info@mistypeaks.in
The item needs to be returned in its original packaging to the following address: B-3/12, DLF PHASE-1, Gurgaon- 122002, Haryana, India.
Once we receive the towel we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3 days.
Soaps cannot be returned and refunded due to the personal nature of the item.
Charges paid to payment gateway providers are not refundable. These will be deducted from the refund amount.
